Platform fees (Airbnb, VRBO) typically range from 14–20% of your booking total. On a $1,500 stay, that's $210–$300 saved by booking direct. The property price is the same — you're simply not paying the platform's service charge on top.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. Payment is processed at the time of booking, and you'll receive an instant confirmation with all the details of your stay.

Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund. Please review the full policy during the booking process, or contact us directly if you have specific concerns.

Yes! When you book direct, you can communicate with us directly about special requests. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on the property's schedule and are much easier to arrange when booking directly with the host.

Yes, our properties are listed on Airbnb and VRBO as well. However, when you book through those platforms you pay their service fee on top of our base rate. Booking directly here gives you the exact same property for less money, plus a more personal experience.
