By accessing our website at stayovervacations.com, completing a booking through our direct booking system or any third-party platform, or staying at any StayOver Vacations property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2.1 Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit or full payment as outlined during the booking process, along with a written confirmation from StayOver Vacations.
2.2 Guest Information: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay. You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information.
2.3 Maximum Occupancy: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit that must not be exceeded. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
3.1 Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3.2 Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be authorized on your card at check-in. This deposit covers any damages beyond normal wear and tear and will be released within 7 days of check-out provided no damage has occurred.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
4.1 Cancellations Made 30+ Days Before Check-in: Full refund of all amounts paid, minus any processing fees.
4.2 Cancellations Made 15–30 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
4.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before Check-in: No refund will be issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
4.4 Host Cancellation: In the rare event that we must cancel a reservation, we will provide a full refund and make every effort to assist you in finding alternative accommodations.
5.1 Standard Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM on your departure date unless otherwise arranged.
5.2 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional fees may apply.
5.3 Late Check-Out: Guests who have not vacated the property by the agreed check-out time without prior authorization may be charged an additional night's rate.
6.1 No Smoking: All StayOver Vacations properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas where provided. A deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.
6.2 Pets: Pets are not permitted at most properties unless explicitly stated. Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and potential termination of stay.
6.3 Parties and Events: No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy limit are permitted. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
6.4 Noise: Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6.5 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or surroundings caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
7.1 Permitted Use: Properties are rented solely for vacation accommodation. Commercial use, filming, photography for commercial purposes, or any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
7.2 Care of Property: Guests agree to treat the property and its contents with reasonable care and to leave it in the same condition in which it was found.
7.3 Access: StayOver Vacations reserves the right to access the property for maintenance, emergency, or safety reasons with appropriate notice except in cases of emergency.
8.1 Limitation of Liability: StayOver Vacations shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, utility failures, or neighborhood disturbances.
8.2 Personal Property: StayOver Vacations is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left in or around the property.
8.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to their visit.
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating with you about your stay. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your booking or as required by law. For more information, please contact us directly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
